Banana and Peach Smoothie – Serves 1

1 small banana
2 small peaches – cut in half seed removed
200ml skim milk
Cut banana into1/2 inch chunks and put into blender with your peach half with ½ of the milk. Blend for 1 minute or until the fruit is smooth than add remaining milk and blend for a further minute. Serve over ice and enjoy!
