Have you ever been shopping at Forever 21? I am always amazed at the chic jewelry finds for under $20 that you can purchase in the store or on-line! Obviously, I can't compete with their prices and obviously the quality is not like Star Candy Designs but hey, if you want to pick up some fun jewelry that is super cheap and actually lasts - go for it. Their clothes on the other hand will only stand up to 3 or 4 washings and then they are usually ready for Goodwill but I have to say, the jewelry is pretty well made for the price. You won't find 92.5 sterling silver or 14K gold-filled but you will find some pretty innovative knock-offs that are fun to collect. Here's a few examples of what I'm talking about:
